What basic information do I need to tell the support people at BiblicalTraining?

The more specific the information the more help we can be, so please be as specific as possible.

1. What lecture is giving you troubles? Please send us the name of the class, tile of the lecture, name of the speaker, and the url if possible.

2. What browser (including version) and operating system (including version) are you using? For example, Chrome on Mac OSX 10.7, or Internet Explorer on Windows 7.

3. Please go to www.speedtest.net and run the free test to see what your download speed is. The users connection is often the problem.
