Which classes should I take first?

We encourage you to begin with the classes in the Foundations core section in order. These classes will increase your understanding of what the Bible teaches, encourage you in your personal relationship with God and challenge you to apply what you are learning to your daily life. Life is a Journey teaches you what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and what to expect as you live your life in relationship to God. Bible Survey introduces you to the themes of the books of the Bible and helps you understand the patterns that connect them. The other classes give you principles for reading the Bible in a way that makes it come alive and teach you about theology, spiritual formation and evangelism. Once you complete the core classes, explore the electives by choosing the subjects that are helpful and interesting to you.
